It's been a fun couple of days with Jade........

Poppo (Grandad): "Who's the sweetest girl around?"
Jade: "Grandma!"

Jade (finding my Extra Strong Halls): "Is this a candy?"
Me: "No, it's a cough drop."
Jade: "Can I have it?"
Me: "I don't think you'd like it honey!"
Jade: "Yes, I will!"
Me: "Ok then!"
(Jade pops it in)
Me: "What do you think?"
Jade: "Oh, it's good!"
(One minute later)
Jade: "My tongue is burning, Daddy."

Poppo: "If your feet smell, and your nose runs, you must be upside down!"
Jade: "If my feet run, and my nose smells, I must be right side up again!"

Me: "Jade, you are such a cranky girl today!"
Grandma: "Is it because you were up so late last night, Jade?"
Jade: "Yeah"
Me: "Mom, of course she's going to use that as an excuse, she'll use anything as an excuse, watch. (To Jade) Jade, are you cranky because the aliens took you up to their ship and put the cranky chip in your head?"
Jade: "Yeah"

Grandma: "When did you learn Spanish, Jade?"
Jade: "Wednesday"
Grandma: "Wednesday? Where were you on Wednesday?"
Me: "Mom, she's obsessed with Wednesday right now for some strange reason. (To Jade) Jade, when were you born?"
Jade: "Wednesday"
